The purpose of the website is to solve some legal problems I have and to encourage people to do their statutory duties, which is a fancy way of saying “follow the law”.
I am not playing amateur judge, lawyer, crown attorney or police officer when I admonish people to follow the law and do their statutory duties because a county court Judge by the name of H. Ward Allen said that 40 years ago (1982) in a study that he authored about the death of a baby named Kim Anne Popen.
This website should be of particular interest to people in the legal system: Judges, crown attorneys, police officers, parole and probation and parole officers, lawyers, maybe correctional officers and politicians who are in charge of the likes of the ministries of the attorney general and the solicitor general. However, it ought to be of interest to everybody in society.
N.B.-I have to state that if by any chance people come upon my website, I cannot give legal advice of any kind because I am not a lawyer.
