Each segment is a 20 year interval except the Section from 4a to 4b which goes from 2004 to whatever year it happens to be at the present time (Right now it is 2025). This is for the purpose of keeping track of when things happened.

Section 1-1a to 1b is from 1944 to 1964

Section 2-2a to 2b is from 1964 to 1984

Section 3-3a to 3b is from 1984 to 2004

Section 4-4a to 4b is from 2004 to 2024
